1. Introduction

PopKind Technologies LP (“PopKind,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

  • Create and manage your account and fundraising campaigns.
  • Calculate and distribute fundraising Profit Share to Organizers.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Shippo (shipping labels), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Google Maps (address autocomplete) — each bound by their own data protection agreements.
  • Fundraiser Organizers: When you purchase through a fundraiser, the Organizer’s group receives aggregate sales data (not your personal contact information unless you opt in).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of PopKind or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

We use analytics tools to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. This data does not identify you personally and helps us improve the Service.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately so we can delete it.
