By accessing or using PopKind (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. PopKind is operated by PopKind Technologies LP, a Georgia limited partnership.
PopKind provides a fundraising platform that enables organizations and individuals (“Sellers”) to raise funds by selling premium popcorn products. Buyers may purchase products through seller storefronts.
PopKind operates on a 50/50 revenue model. 50% of gross sales revenue is distributed to the Seller's fundraising campaign (less applicable payment processing fees). The remaining 50% covers product costs, fulfillment, shipping, platform operations, and PopKind Foundation contributions. The exact payout schedule will be communicated to Sellers via their dashboard.
All orders placed through PopKind are processed and fulfilled by PopKind Technologies LP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. PopKind is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize PopKind to charge your payment method for the total order amount. All sales are final unless the product is defective or significantly different from its description. For concerns, contact us at support@popkind.com.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PopKind Technologies LP or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PopKind does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopKind Technologies LP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PopKind in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
